Does option 1 have also the numbers on the side and the little dots to tell you it’s new or has new msg? If so I prefer 1 but with a better photo. If the info isn’t there then 2

I like option 1 but is that the for sure picture that would be used?
Also, will there eventually be thumbnails for each subject? Because people are 60% more likely to click something if there is an image thumbnail, if I remember correctly.
And will the categories remain in a smaller print than everything else on the page? Because it makes them look more like tags instead of categories.

The photo will be changed once we find one we like to buy.
I have already enabled the use of thumbnails for topics so that should work already.
I’m not sure if we can adjust the size of the lettering. Do you see any sort of user preference for that?
